Customer Administrator Access
This function may contain extended features if you have customer administrator access. Customer administrators have the ability to maintain other customer buyers and customer administrators. If you have customer administrator access, you can set up these accounts by clicking User Profile. Please note that customer administrators may also purchase items from the Spicers e-biz site.
To add a new customer buyer or administrator, click Add New User.
Enter first name, last name, e-mail address, phone, username and password.
Select the access level for the user and select that user’s authorized locations.
Click Add when finished.
To edit an existing account, simply select it or click Edit. Make the appropriate changes and click Update.
To delete a user account, click Delete and then click OK.
You also have the ability to maintain your own account. Click User Profile to make changes to the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Phone
Username
Password
When you’ve made your required changes, click Update.
Customer Buyer Access
If you have customer buyer access, you only have the ability to maintain your own account. Click User Profile to make changes to the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Phone
Username
Password
When you’ve made your required changes, click Update.
